→ Upon receipt of payment, the designer undertakes to carry out the order within the deadlines set between the buyer and the designer at the time of validation of this present quote.
→ The buyer will receive photos during the creation time, allowing him to follow the progress of his order, the buyer cans choose the name of the creation, and its general form.
- If the creation asked is made with an inspiration from a previous creation already sold, the buyer knows and accepts the fact that the creation in this custom order  will never be identical to the already sold one. All creations are unique and authentic. Shape, style can be similar, not details.
→ Cancellations: From the moment the creation is being manufactured, and all or part of the material is engaged in the manufacturing process, no order cancellation will be accepted. .
→ NB: Estimated receipt after postal delivery times i.e. 2 to 3 weeks for international after sending, note that delivery may be slowed down by current sanitary measures, the designer is not responsible for delays caused by the Post Office.
→ Returns: Returns are not accepted for custom creations.
→ Claim and refund: The buyer may make a claim in case of non-receipt of the order from 4 weeks after the date of sending, after verification by the designer with the postal services.
